Robert A. Miklos, Esq. is President of the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County. He is a New York trial lawyer and partner at Silberstein & Miklos, P.C. in Garden City, where he represents injured people and families in catastrophic injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases across New York City, Long Island and New York State, including construction accidents under New York’s Labor Law, truck and bus crashes, missed strokes and delayed cancer diagnoses, surgical errors, birth injuries, and hospital and nursing home neglect. He tries cases to verdict.

The Chief Administrative Judge of the State of New York appointed him to the Advisory Committee on Civil Practice. He is the founding President of the Latino Lawyers Association Scholarship Fund, Inc. and a former member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (2015–2016). He was selected to the Super Lawyers list, New York Metro (2025–2026), after Rising Stars recognition from 2015 to 2024, holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and was named Puerto Rican Lawyer of the Year at the NYC Puerto Rican Heritage Reception (2026). He is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
