Robert A. Miklos is proud to be the President of the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County. As a trial attorney specializing in high exposure cases he has helped recover over $100,000,000 for medical malpractice and negligence victims in the communities of New York State. He has dedicated his life to helping others who have been wrongfully injured by litigating matters ranging from catastrophic negligence cases involving paralysis, brain injury and amputation to complex medical malpractice cases involving surgery, birth and cancer. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is a proud member of several community organizations.

He serves his diverse clientele with dedication and understanding, ensuring that all clients feel valued and supported. Robert’s deep connection to his roots is further enriched by his marriage to his wife, who hails from Mexico City.
