Mrs. Jasmine Valle-Bueno is a proud Latina, born and raised in Queens, New York. She currently serves as the Principal Law Clerk to the Administrative Judge of the Queens Supreme Court – Civil Term. Prior to this role, Mrs. Valle-Bueno was the Senior Law Clerk to Justice Lourdes M. Ventura in the Appellate Division, Second Department, and Justice Ventura’s Principal Law Clerk in the Appellate Term, Second Department and Queens Supreme Court–Civil Term.

Mrs. Valle-Bueno previously served as a Court Attorney in Bronx Criminal Court and Kings County Housing Court. During her tenure in the Bronx, she served as a Union Representative for the Citywide Association of Law Assistants (CALA), advocating for her fellow Court Attorneys. Before becoming a Court Attorney, she was a Lead Staff Attorney at the Legal Empowerment & Assistance Program (LEAP).

Mrs. Valle-Bueno is a dedicated advocate for equity and inclusion in the legal profession. She is an active member of the Equal Justice in the Courts (EJIC) Committee, where she chairs the community outreach subcommittee.

Her professional affiliations include the Queens County Bar Association, where she serves as a Board of Manager; the Queens County Women’s Bar Association, where she serves as a Board of Director; and the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County, where she holds the position of Third Vice President.

In addition to her legal career, Mrs. Valle-Bueno is deeply involved in her community and is an active member of several civic and community organizations in Queens County.

Mrs. Valle-Bueno earned her Juris Doctorate from the CUNY School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
