Emiliano Perez is admitted to the bars of New York and Florida. He runs his own firm in New York and does a lot of work for an insurance defense firm in Florida. He has been practicing law since 2009. He is a Super Lawyer in Personal Injury, a designation he has received for five consecutive years from 2020-2024.

He previously served as the second Vice President of the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County for two years and now is a board member. 

He is also a deputy to the Region II President of the Hispanic National Bar Association and a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association.
