Message from the President
Robert A. Miklos, Esq.

It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the President of the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County. More than just a professional network, we are a community bound by a shared commitment to justice, advocacy, and opportunity for Latinos. Since its founding, the Association has worked to uplift Latino attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students, ensuring that our voices are heard and our contributions recognized. But beyond individual success, our greatest strength lies in unity—coming together to support one another, mentor the next generation, and advocate for meaningful change within the legal system and diversity on the bench.

As we move forward, we must continue to build on this foundation of solidarity and collective action. The challenges our community faces are real, but so is our resilience. Through mentorship, education, and advocacy, we will create more opportunities for Latino legal professionals and ensure that our presence is felt at every level of the profession.

Robert A. Miklos, Esq., President of Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County

I encourage each of you to take an active role in strengthening our Association—whether by mentoring a young attorney, participating in our events, or engaging in the critical issues affecting our community. Together, we are stronger, and together, we will continue breaking barriers and forging new paths.  Whether you are an experienced attorney or a law student beginning your journey, your voice matters, and your involvement makes a difference. Let us move forward with purpose, with passion, and with the unwavering belief that our unity will lead us to even greater heights.
