Alexander Gutierrez is an experienced trial attorney and the founder of A. Gutierrez Law, where he serves as a solo Spanish-speaking practitioner specializing in matrimonial, family, and criminal defense matters across New York City and Long Island. With a deep commitment to providing personalized and aggressive legal representation, he advocates for his clients in high-stakes cases involving divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and criminal charges.
Before establishing his firm, Alexander built a strong litigation foundation working at Cedeno Law Group, PLLC, and H. Benjamin Perez & Associates, PC, where he handled complex family and criminal law cases.

Alexander earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law (2012-2015) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) (2005-2010).
